New Albany Country Club wanted to create a digital experience for their guests that would serve as a "digital concierge". It allowed them to check in, schedule events and services, and learn about the club's amenities.
The project included both hardware and software components and I was responsible for overseeing the entire process from concept to implementation.
The kiosk was designed to be durable, ADA-compliant and easy to use. It was also designed to be visually appealing and fit in with the club's overall aesthetic. I worked closely with the club's management team to ensure that the final product met their needs and exceeded their expectations.
