I worked with Macy's to create a series of mobile games for their Star Gifts program. The goal was to create a fun and engaging way for sales associates to learn about customer habits as well as new seasonal products and promotions. The games were designed to be simple and easy to play, with a focus on product knowledge and customer engagement.
The games consisted of images, animations, video, audio and interactive challenges.
Behind the scenes, a complex set of factors measured user performance and highly specific feedback was provided based on the happiness of fictional customers.
